No more than 2 pets will be allowed; dogs and cats only. Maximum weight limit is 60 pounds per pet, excluding restricted dog breeds. A representative can provide a copy of this list, if needed. All pets must be approved by Management prior to move in and current vaccination records will be required. The required Pet Deposit is $150 (refundable) plus a $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet Rent of $20 per pet per month will be charged.
